PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions, methods and systems for pulmonary delivery of long-acting muscarinic antagonists (LAMA) and long-acting β₂ adrenergic receptor agonists (LABA) via a metered dose inhaler (MDI).;SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a suspension medium, a plurality of active agent particles selected from LAMA and LABA, and suspending particles, where the active agent particles and suspending particles form a co-suspension in the suspension medium.
