PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress filming caused by film scraping and image deterioration caused by the filming by preventing the accelerated film scraping of a photoreceptor drum.;SOLUTION: A control part 110 counts the (cumulative) number of rotations RD of a photoreceptor drum 311 by a number-of-rotations counter 111. The control part 110 calculates the count value Rc of a consumables counter 112 more faithfully expressing the consumption state (film scraping state) of the photoreceptor drum 311 on the basis of the frequency F of an applied voltage by a high voltage power supply part 100, the number of rotations RD of the photoreceptor drum 311, and a process linear speed V and calculates an applied voltage Vp-p according to the count value Rc. The high voltage power supply part 100 applies a high voltage having the frequency F and the applied voltage Vp-p to an electrifying roller 313 according to a control signal CS from the control part 110, to electrify the surface of the photoreceptor 311 to a predetermined potential.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
