PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a function of appropriately operating a plurality of kinds of parameters with the use of a common operator at low cost.SOLUTION: A musical sound controller 1 is provided with a rotary operator 17a and a CPU 11. The rotary operator 17a is movable within a preset operation range including a reference position. When the rotary operator 17a is operated to a range on a side in one direction from the reference position in the operation range, the CPU 11 controls, in response to the operation of the rotary operator 17a to the one direction, such that a value of the parameters assigned to the rotary operator 17a is changed, and the value of the parameters for the operation thereof to another direction different from the one direction is not changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
