PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve utilization of medical treatment resources which are potential surplus resources.SOLUTION: A medical treatment resource DB 15 stores medical treatment resource combination information and utilization propriety information. The medical treatment resource combination information indicates a combination of pieces of medical treatment equipment which a medical treatment facility has, and a medical treatment staff who uses each medical treatment equipment, about each medical treatment facility. The utilization propriety information indicates whether or not each medical treatment resource (medical treatment equipment and medical treatment staff) can be utilized. A medical treatment resource introduction server detects the medical treatment resource which cannot be utilized based on the utilization propriety information, and extracts a medical treatment resource of an opposite party corresponding to the medical treatment resource which cannot be utilized, in the medical treatment resource combination information. Then, the medical treatment resource corresponding to the opposite party medical treatment resource is determined as a surplus resource, and the surplus resource is introduced to other medical treatment facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
