PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-coding device, a pre-coding method and a pre-coding program which can ensure high transmission performance with small operation amount.SOLUTION: A pre-coding device functions in the space mapper of a wireless transmitter which transmits the transmission signal from a plurality of transmission antennas thereof, while precoding, by a multi-user MIMO. The space mapper performs precoding of a transmission symbol vector u based on expression (1), before being transmitted to a wireless receiver.
