PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide not only a stabilization of a servo control system but to provide a comprehensive inspection technique enabling a maintenance inspection prediction of a machine in a non-destruction and non-disassembly mode.SOLUTION: The servo motor controller of the present invention comprises: a speed command preparation part for preparing a speed command value of a servo motor; a speed detection part for detecting the speed of the servo motor; a torque command preparation part for preparing a torque command value of the servo motor; a sine wave generation part for generating a sinusoidal disturbance value; a frequency response calculation part for calculating the frequency response when the sinusoidal disturbance value is inputted to a speed control loop; a resonance frequency detection part for detecting the resonance frequency at which the frequency response gain becomes maximum; a resonance frequency storage part for storing the resonance frequency; at least one filter attenuating a specific frequency band component contained in the torque command value; and a resonance frequency comparison part measuring the rigidity of a machine tool on the basis of the resonance frequency to adjust the filter to the resonance frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
