PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system which enables a customer to know a definite moving charge quickly just by entering prescribed information via a computer at home or at his/her office and a moving company to dispatch a vehicle (or vehicles) needed for moving.;SOLUTION: Provided is a moving support system which enables a customer to know a definite moving charge and a moving company to dispatch a vehicle (or vehicles) needed for moving on the basis of prescribed customer information entered from a customer's terminal. The moving support system comprises: means for calculating a definite moving charge on the basis of household goods unloading time and transport time; and means for dispatching a vehicle (or vehicles) needed for moving on the basis of old and new addresses, date and time for moving among the prescribed customer information entered from the customer's terminal, household goods unloading time calculated by means for calculating household goods unloading time, transport time calculated by means for calculating transport time, and the amount of household goods to be transported.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
