PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adherend adhesive film, in which flotation does not occur between an adherend adhesive layer and a cover film which is a film for protecting the surface of the adherend adhesive layer in a process of producing the adherend adhesive film even when an adhesive force of the adherend adhesive layer is reduced, that has a smooth adherend adhesive layer thereon, can be slightly peeled when peeled from an adherend but can come in close contact with the adherend during use in the production step and protects the adherend, and gives little contamination to the surface of the adherend after the adherend adhesive film is peeled.;SOLUTION: There is provided an adherend adhesive film 5 in which an adherend adhesive layer 2 that is formed of a silicone resin and has a smooth surface thereon is laminated on at least one surface of a transparent substrate 1. A thickness of the adherend adhesive layer 2 is 2 to 250 μm, a center line average roughness Ra of the surface of the adherend adhesive layer 2 is 0.05 to 1.2 μm, and a silicone migration component is removed from the surface of the adherend adhesive layer 2.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
