PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant steel for steam turbine rotor blade capable of achieving enhancement of long term creep rupture life and excellent in high temperature property, durability or the like, and a steam turbine rotor blade.;SOLUTION: The heat resistant steel for steam turbine rotor blade of the embodiment contains, by mass%, C: 0.05 to 0.13%, Si: 0.01 to 0.1%, Mn: over 0.15% and 0.5% or less, Ni: 0.01 to 0.4%, Cr: 9 to 11.5%, Mo: 0.01 to 0.5%, V: 0.15 to 0.3%, Co: 1.5 to 4%, W: 1 to 3%, N: 0.001 to less than 0.01%, Nb: 0.01 to 0.15%, B: 0.005 to 0.015%, Re: 0.001 to 0.3% with the balance Fe and inevitable impurities.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
