PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue tester and a driving waveform correction method capable of making the waveform of a response signal more similar to a target waveform.;SOLUTION: A control device 50 includes, as functional components, a reverse transmission function calculation part 51 for calculating a reverse transmission function, an initial driving waveform generation part 52 for creating a first driving waveform input to an actuator, a correction part 60 for correcting a driving waveform during testing execution, and a driving signal output part 55 for outputting the driving waveform as a digital signal.
