PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cytometer, a particle analyzer and a flow cytometric method that can irradiate a flow cell with light from a light source in a state of low aberration and little distortion, and help reduce the size of the irradiation optical system.SOLUTION: A flow cytometer 100 is equipped with a flow cell 110 in which a sample containing testable particles is let flow, a light source 120, an irradiation optical system 130 that irradiates the flow of particles in the flow cell 110 with light from the light source 120, and a detector 140 that detects light generated from the flow of particles by irradiation with light. The irradiation optical system 130 is provided with a condenser lens 132 of which one face is aspherical in axial symmetry and the other face is cylindrical.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
