Wearable antenna assembly includes an antenna assembly and a rear , a front antenna assembly . Protrusions , each antenna element is mounted on the buttocks , configured to be positioned adjacent to the large sciatic notch . Front antenna assembly may include a front body having a horizontal line , and an antenna element along the horizontal direction of the line may be formed in the front body . The front body may be configured so that the antenna element is disposed adjacent to the abdomen . Orientation of the antenna elements can be optimized to maximize the reception of a signal emanating from the swallowed in-vivo devices .
