NK CELL STRAIN FOR EVALUATING CYTOTOXIC ACTIVITY-INDUCING POTENCY OF TCR, AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating cytotoxic activity-inducing potency of a TCR gene.SOLUTION: The invention uses a cell line for evaluating cytotoxic activity of TCR. The cell line is derived from an NK cell strain, wherein an expression cassette polycistronicly linking a plurality of genes encoding a CD3 chain is introduced, and a CD3-TCR conjugate on a cell membrane can be formed when TCR genes are introduced. The derived NK cell strain is preferred to be KYHG-1, KANK-1, NK-92, NKL, or NK-YS. The expression cassettes is preferred to be a CD3γ gene, CD3δ gene, CD3&egr; gene, and CD3ζ gene respectively linked with a polynucleotide encoding a peptide 2A. An IL-2 gene is preferred to be further introduced into the cell line so as to be expressible.
