PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation support device, an evaluation method, and a program that easily change and evaluate a content of an SLA (service level agreement) according to a situation.;SOLUTION: An SLA evaluation support device 1 for supporting evaluation of a service level agreement related to a target system, includes: a reception unit 11 that receives a content of an SLA item, and a collection rule for collecting an evaluation target value used to evaluate the SLA item; a collection unit 13 that collects the evaluation target value from the target system on the basis of the collection rule; and an evaluation unit 14 that determines an evaluation value related to the SLA item on the basis of the content of the SLA item and the evaluation target value.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
