PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a color of lenses of spectacle to a warm-color or cold-color, thereby change a temperature sensation for each user.SOLUTION: A spectacle type wearable device 100 comprises: a sensor part 110 for measuring an estimation index for estimating a temperature sensation of a user, the estimation index including environment information indicating a state of a peripheral environment of the user, or the environment information and user state information indicating a state of the user; a color presentation part 120 being a display surface disposed on a front part of a sight of the user, and changing a color of the display surface from a colorless transparent color to a warm-color transparent color or cold-color transparent color; and a control part 150 for estimating the temperature sensation of the user on the basis of the estimation index measured by the sensor part 110, and indicating a color to the color presentation part 120 according to the estimated temperature sensation.
