A non-contact power generator capable of generating power by rotating a rotor by magnetic induction is provided. A non-contact type power generating apparatus is coupled to a magnetic module 20 having a plurality of magnetic poles whose specific direction is limited to a range of 0 to 60 degrees and is directly or indirectly coupled to the magnetic module. Alternatively, the power generation module interlocks with the magnetic module by magnetic induction, and the magnetic module is attached at intervals so as to correspond to the external rotating member 82 (bicycle rim).
