PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid suction of granulation by suction means, to prevent return of exudate, to be easily separated from granulation tissue, etc. in removal from a wound part, and to be easily applied to various shapes of the wound part, in a negative pressure closing therapy.SOLUTION: A film-shaped dressing is used in a negative pressure closing therapy and includes a screen 10 covering a wound 2. The screen 10 includes: a liquid permeable part A made of a sheet-like member; and an adhesion part B surrounding the liquid permeable part A and adhered to surrounding skin of the wound 2. The liquid permeable part A can be permeated with liquid without holding the liquid in its thickness, thereby can be separated from granulation tissue of the wound 2 in being removed from the wound 2. A cover member 4 is arranged on an opposite side to the skin with the liquid permeable part A positioned therebetween. A space between the liquid permeable part A and cover member 4 is put under negative pressure by suction means 5. The wound 2 can be communicated with the suction means 5 through the liquid permeable part A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
