PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for fastening and loosening a rail for mechanical construction, which use a fastening spring adapting to the mechanical construction.;SOLUTION: In a method for fastening and loosening a rail for mechanical construction, a fastening spring (1) and fasteners (105 and 106) are brought into a loosened state by loosening the fasteners (105 and 106) fastening a rail (104); the fastening spring (1) and the fasteners (105 and 106) are shifted to positions not to hinder replacement of the rail (104), and held in the state of being preset in a tie plate (102); the rail (104) is replaced by a new rail while the fastening spring (1) and the fasteners (105 and 106) are kept in the preset state; and after the fastening spring (1) is pushed into a rail fastening position, the fasteners (105 and 106) are done up so that the new rail can be fastened by the fastening spring (1) and the fasteners (105 and 106).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
