PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for fastening and loosening a rail, which use a fastening spring and a rail guide adapting to mechanical construction.;SOLUTION: In a method for fastening and loosening a rail for mechanized construction, a preset state of a fastening spring 1 and a fastening bolt/nut can be maintained in an area deviating from a position of a rail 104 to be replaced; a rail guide 2 along the rail 104 to be replaced in a maintained state is arranged; a new rail 3 is positioned while being guided by the rail guide 2; and after the removal of the rail guide 2, the fastening spring 1 is fastened by being pushed into the side of the new rail 3 from the preset state of the fastening spring 1 and the fastening bolt/nut.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
