PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform DC control between Y-connection sections.;SOLUTION: Voltages and currents in individual phases of a dual Y-connection circuit 23 of a power converter section 20 are detected. A switching element 25 of a power converter section 20 is controlled so that at least one of the voltage and current in a DC circuit derived from the detection result is constant, based on relevant information showing relationship between voltages and currents in individual phases of the dual Y-connection circuit 23 of the power converter section 20 and voltages and currents in the DC circuit.
