PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stainless steel-based screw member for piping fastening that prevents problems resulting from liquid lubricant, reduces costs, improves aesthetic appearance and improves prevention of galling and seizure, and a stainless-based screw member for piping fastening.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a stainless steel-based screw member for piping fastening includes the steps of: forming a nickel layer on the surface of the stainless steel-based screw member; forming a copper layer on the nickel layer; forming a tin layer on the copper layer; and performing drying at 100°C or less after the steps of forming the tin layer.
