PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for aqueous coating that improves the antifouling property and base coating adhesive property without decreasing the weatherability of fluororesin emulsion.;SOLUTION: This resin composition for aqueous coating includes (A) fluororesin emulsion, (B) alkoxysilyl group-containing acrylic resin emulsion, (C) organosilicate and/or degeneration product thereof, (D) curing catalyst for promoting hydrolysis and condensation reaction of an alkoxysilyl group, and (E) organosilane shown by general formula (1) and its hydrolytic condensate. The general formula (1) is Si(R²)_n(OR¹)_4-n.
