PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of forming a black column spacer that has excellent light-shielding properties, has a low relative dielectric constant, has the lowest part of which diameter has not been reduced by undercut and has an excellent shape, and capable of forming a black column spacer having a sufficient height difference when light exposure is performed through a halftone mask, a black column spacer formed by using the composition, a display device including the black column spacer, and a method for forming a black column spacer using the composition.;SOLUTION: In a photosensitive resin composition for a black column spacer which contains an alkali-soluble resin, a photopolymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator and a light-shielding agent, the light-shielding agent to be used contains one or more types selected from fine particles containing a perylene-based black pigment and silver-tin alloy as main components, and carbon black.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
