PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a state of a user from biological information to recommend music content appropriate for the state of the user.SOLUTION: A portable telephone 10 is connected to a headphone 12 having a heart beat sensor and comprises a flash memory, RAM, and the like in which a plurality of pieces of music content are stored. In the RAM, a reproduction log table is stored in which biological information is associated with information showing the music content. When a music player function is executed for reproducing the music content, a heart rate of a user is measured to calculate a stress degree on the basis of the measured heart rate. When the stress degree is greater than a predetermined value, the reproduction log table is referred to select the music content having a possibility of reducing the stress degree.
