Polyaniline / porous carbon material composite and an electrode material using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double layer capacitor and a lithium ion capacitor which have good cycle characteristics, an electrode material which allows such capacitors to be obtained, and a complex used for the electrode material.;SOLUTION: The complex comprises a porous carbon material, and polyaniline; the polyaniline is combined in the proportion of 0.1-100 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the porous carbon material. In the complex, the specific surface area is 500 m²/g or larger. If spectrum peaks originating from nitrogen measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are classified into a peak (398.5 ev) originating from imine and a peak (399.5 ev) originating from amine, the ratio of the peak originating from amine is 40% or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
