PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing automatically acquiring variables and units at a disposal site in CSV registration data of an emission undertaker and achieving labor saving of information processing.SOLUTION: An electronic manifest subscriber establishes a communication network; a "Slip of Research Institute of Manifest" (operation management document created with spreadsheet software) is split by terminals; and variables are entered and shared in a "reception quantity of processing consignee" column of the "Slip of Research Institute of Manifest" split by dealers at the time of measurement at a disposal site and units in a unit column. Thereby, they are displayed in the corresponding columns of the "Slip of Research Institute of Manifest" of a terminal of the emission undertaker, and in emission undertaker CSV registration data generating procedures of an electronic manifesto, the variables are set in a "quantity of wastes" column of emission undertaker CSV registration data and the units in a "unit" column.
