PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress processing load related to signature collation in a data collection server, by preventing alteration of data due to spoofing of a gateway device.;SOLUTION: A plurality of signature data in the same group are superposed, and compaction data and compaction signature are transmitted from a gateway device representing its group to a data collection server.
