PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interpolate data with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: A power control device 10 includes a time series data model DB 42 for storing one or a plurality of time series models of data and an interpolation method definition DB 46 for each model for storing an interpolation method corresponding to a phase of the time series model, a measured data storage section 22 stores measured data output from a device or a sensor for each device or sensor, and a time series data model determination section 24 determines to which one of the models stored in the time series data model DB a time change pattern of the data stored for each device or sensor corresponds. Also, a phase determination section 28 determines in which one of phases of the model a loss which exists on a part of the data stored is positioned, and an interpolation section 30 interpolate the loss by extracting the interpolation method corresponding to the determined phase from the interpolation method definition DB for each model.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
