PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing lining concrete capable of preventing quality deterioration by suppressing a gap from being formed between lining concrete and an invert form; and a lining arch center.SOLUTION: In a method for constructing lining concrete by using a lining arch center 1A comprising a form group 2 which can be expanded/contracted, the form group 2 comprises an invert form 23 disposed in the lowermost part and a support pin 8 protruding downward from the bottom edge of the invert form 23. The method for constructing lining concrete comprises an installation step of installing the form group 2 along the inner peripheral surface Ta of a tunnel T and installing the invert form 23 in a state of being capable of obtaining reaction force from a foundation Ga through the support pin 8, a placing step of placing lining concrete C in a placing space A after the installation step, and a protection step of protecting the placed lining concrete C by the form group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
