PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whitening preventing moisture-resistant heat-resistant transparent electroconductive laminate without deposition of oligomer, increase of haze, having writing durability and having comparable gas barrier property such as moisture-resistance as an alternative of a glass substrate touch panel, and a transparent electroconductive laminated plastic touch panel using a moisture-resistant heat-resistant transparent electroconductive plastic.SOLUTION: In the moisture-resistant heat-resistant transparent electroconductive laminate, a whitening preventing plastic base material or a base body is constituted by arranging carbon-containing silicon oxide deposited film by a plasma CVD method as layers 2 for preventing the deposition of the oligomer in both the faces of the transparent polyester base material or base body 1 and a movable electrode is constituted by arranging at least a gas barrier coated film layer 4 formed by a sol-gel method on the carbon-containing silicon oxide deposited film, and further a transparent electrode layer is formed. A fixed electrode is a transparent electroconductive base body constituted by arranging a transparent electrode film 6 and a dot spacer 7 in the transparent electroconductive base body, and the movable electrode and the fixed electrode are laminated via the dot spacer in the transparent electroconductive laminated plastic touch panel.
