PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a transceiver signal insulating and voltage fixing method, and a method of forming the device.;SOLUTION: The device comprises: a p-type substrate 81; a first n-type well region 94a, a second n-type well region 94b and a first p-type well region 92 which are formed in the p-type substrate 81 and configured to form an NPN bidirectional transistor 63; a p-type tab surrounding the NPN bidirectional transistor; an n-type tab surrounding the p-type tab; and a p-type epitaxial region 91 surrounding the n-type tab. The first n-type well region, the p-type tab and the n-type tab are configured to form a first parasitic NPN bipolar transistor.
