PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection probability of a temporarily occurring intermittent fault without affecting the communication of each application.;SOLUTION: A plurality of nodes 11-14 are connected to a network such as a LAN and can be communicated with each other. Each of the nodes 11-14 includes a band control determination section for generating a subsistence signal indicating that the own node operates normally. On the basis of the subsistence signal 50 received via the network 10, the band control determination section transmits the subsistence signal 50 of the own node to the network 10 while gradually shortening the transmission period of the subsistence signal 50 in a range that does not affect the communication quality.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
