PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide biological desulfurization equipment and a biological desulfurization method of biogas which efficiently treats hydrogen sulfide in a high load, transfers hydrogen sulfide to be treated to sulfuric acid, thereby, removes closure in the equipment, removes a process of cleaning or the like and can perform treatment at a low cost.;SOLUTION: Biological desulfurization equipment includes: an inflow line 2 for causing biogas 0a to flow in from an edge part of a biological desulfurization column 1; a packed bed 1a made of packing material to which microorganisms are stuck, disposed in the desulfurization column; a treated gas flowing out line 7 for exhausting treated gas 0c disposed on a succeeding step of the packed bed 1a as another edge part; a circulation gas line 8 for circulating a part 0d of the treated gas 0c to the edge part to which the biogas flows in; a hydrogen sulfide densitometer 3 and a gas flow meter 4 disposed on the biogas inflow line 2; a regulation mechanism 9 of circulation gas 0d amount disposed on the circulation gas line; and a signal transmission mechanism 12 of the circulation gas which actuates the regulation mechanism of the circulation gas 0d amount such that hydrogen sulfide concentration of gas brought into contact with the packing material falls into a predetermined range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
