PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of control becoming unstable, while mitigating the limiting conditions for realizing preference determination and decreasing the burden of submitting preferences of submitters.SOLUTION: A preference determination type air conditioning control apparatus 1 comprises: a preference determination component 5; a control plan memory component 4 for storing a control plan, for each of temporary preferences and continuing preferences, that provides a rule for changing control setting values of air conditioning in response to a preference for air conditioning from a submitter; a control plan decision component 3 for deciding the control plan corresponding to the determination result of the preference determination component 5, as the control plan to be applied to air conditioning equipment 6; and an equipment control component 2 for controlling the air conditioning equipment 6 on the basis of the decided control plan. The preference determination component 5 includes input means for receiving a preference for air conditioning from a submitter, and determination processing means for determining, according to the number of preferences, whether the preference from the submitter is a temporary preference or a continuing preference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
