PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color taste evaluation method capable of objectively evaluating, in accordance with an embodiment, the color taste actually felt by a consumer when a dark-color sheet having a dark-color appearance is used outdoors.;SOLUTION: In the color taste evaluation method of a dark-color sheet, a first process of measuring a first color coordinate as a CIE-based color coordinate by a standard light source D65 of an evaluation target sheet is performed, and a second process of measuring a second color coordinate as a CIE-based color coordinate by a standard light source A of the evaluation target sheet is performed.
