The present invention provides a lubricant spill suppression device, a rotary machine and a lubricant spill suppression method which can suppress spill of a lubricant of an oil-lubricating bearing. The lubricant spill suppression device is used for the rotary machine. The rotary machine is provided with a main shaft stretching along an axis direction; a bearing using the lubricant and supporting and enabling the main shaft to be rotatable; and a bearing housing internally provided with a lubricant storage part for storing the lubricant. The lubricant spill suppression device is provided with a bearing cover which is used for covering one side of the bearing and is provided with a through hole for along the main shaft to run through along the axis direction; and an oil cover arranged between the bearing and the bearing cover by a means of being separated from the main shaft and surrounding the main shaft. The oil cover is provided with an intersecting face intersecting with the axis direction. The intersecting face is arranged adjacent to the bearing by a means of separating the lubricant left in a region which serves as a part of the lubricant storage part and is closer to the bearing cover side than the intersecting face from the bearing, so as to suppress protrusion, of part of the lubricant, caused by rotation of the bearing.
