PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coal inactivation treatment device which prevents increase of carbon monoxide concentration in a used process gas to be circulated for reuse.;SOLUTION: The coal inactivation treatment device includes: a device body 141 in which coal flows from one side to another side; process gas feeding means 142 to 144, 144a, 145, 145a, 146, 146a, 147, and 148 which feeds the process gas to the interior of the device body 141; process gas circulating means 148 which circulates the process gas 33 used in the device body 141 through the process gas feeding means; and a carbon monoxide processor 170 which adjusts the carbon monoxide concentration in the process gas to reduce it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
