Spore aerobic bacteria detection method and DNA chip to be used in it

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting aerobic bacteria having spores in a test specimen, and DNA chips used for the detection method.SOLUTION: This method for detecting the presence of ≥1 kind of bacterium in the test specimen is provided by using probes having respectively specific base sequences for detecting Bacillus coagulans, Geobacillus stearothermophilus, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus megaterium and Paenibacillus polymyxa. The DNA chips are obtained by fixing each of the probes on a substrate.
