PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the inclination of store use of a user.SOLUTION: A distribution section 154 distributes advertisement data to a terminal device of a user. A browsing history management section 161 writes, in a browsing history storage section 114, browsing history information in which the identification information of a user and the identification information of the advertisement data browsed by the user are set. An advertisement analysis section 171 receives store use information in which information indicating that a user has used a store and information indicating the store use time of the user are set, reads out, from the browsing history information having the identification information of the user who has used the store set therein, the identification information of the advertisement data of the store that the user have used, and determines on the basis of the comparison between the publication period of the advertisement data specified by the read identification information and the store use time indicated by the store use information, whether or not the store use information is information attributing to the browsing of the advertisement data. A user analysis section 172 determines the inclination of store use of a user on the basis of the history of store use information determined to attribute to the browsing of advertisement data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
