Water server and the water supply method thereof

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply heated sterile drinkable water to a cold water tank and maintain the clean state of the drinkable water stored within the cold water tank.;SOLUTION: This water server includes: a hot water tank (8) heating water (drinkable water 4) supplied from a water supply container (6) to store hot water (drinkable water 4); the cold water tank (14) cooling the hot water supplied from the hot water tank and storing cold water (drinkable water 4) in a water-full state; a water flow passage (16) making the hot water flow on an upper layer side of the cold water of the cold water tank; an on-off valve (water flow valve 80) opening/closing the water flow passage; a hot water temperature sensor (36) detecting a temperature of the hot water in the hot water tank; and a control means (control board 18) for controlling the on-off valve to an open state to maintain the cold water tank in the water-full state by making the hot water flow from the hot water tank to the cold water tank when a detected temperature exceeds a predetermined temperature, and controlling the on-off valve to a closed state to shut off inflow of the hot water to the cold water tank when the detected temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
