PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use situation collection technique capable of reducing a development period and development cost and collecting the use situation of a terminal device.;SOLUTION: A use situation collection system includes: terminal devices 1; and a use situation collection server 3 for collecting the use situations of the terminal devices 1. Each terminal device 1 includes: access means for generating an address to the use situation collection server 3 including the ID of contents used by an application or the ID of an application used in the terminal device 1, and then transmitting an access request to the use situation collection server 3.
