PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an illegal AIS signal from an AIS aggregated data including AIS signals received from a satellite.;SOLUTION: Latitude and longitude coordinates of a satellite at a reception time are calculated on the basis of the two-row orbital element form of the satellite corresponding to the reception time. When the distance from the positional information indicated by the AIS received at the same time is a distance at which reception is physically difficult, it is determined that the positional information indicated by the AIS is not valid, the determination result flag is updated, and simultaneously the latitude and longitude coordinates of the satellite are used as correction coordinates instead of the positional information indicated by the AIS.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
