PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine that humidity detection performance of a humidity detection sensor which detects humidity in a laboratory falls.;SOLUTION: A humidity detector 20 includes first and second humidity detection sensors 17 and 18, and a control unit 21. In the first and second humidity detection sensors 17 and 18, humidity detection performance chronologically changes with mutually different variation when they react with a chemical material. The control unit 21 calculates a differential value between a first humidity value and a second humidity value detected by the first and second humidity detection sensors 17 and 18, and when the differential value is larger than a predetermined reference value, outputs an abnormality signal showing that at least one of the first and second humidity detection sensors 17 and 18 falls.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
