PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health insurance system which establishes a current liability carried by the health insurance system and an institutional system, and provides a health care service best fitted for a patient symptom and a patient condition not in accordance with an insurance treatment and a free medical care.SOLUTION: A method for operating a health insurance system, comprises the steps of: connecting through a network an insurance server including an insurance fee calculation program and a medical service fee payment program, a doctor server including a medical service fee request program, and a corporation server including a salary calculation program with each other, and calculating by the insurance fee calculation program an insurance fee from an insurance fee per person of a corporation to be an insurance object and the number of insurance object persons of the corporation to transmit insurance fee bill data to the corporate server; calculating a new health care insurance fee from the insurance fee request bill data to deduct the fee from the salary of an employee by the salary calculation program; and calculating a medical service fee generated by medical service by a doctor to transmit medical service fee request data to the insurance server.
