Installation method to shear test apparatus and a shear test equipment of the wall

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear test device of a wall body, which allows the wall body being a test sample to be easily installed thereinto, and a method of installing the wall body into the shear test device.;SOLUTION: A shear test device 1 for performing a shear test of a wall body 2 being a test sample includes: a device frame 10 formed like a rectangular frame in which the wall body 2 is to be installed; horizontal force application means 20 which applies a horizontal force to the wall body 2; and suspending means 30 which is provided in the device frame 10 to suspend the wall body 2. The suspending means 30 has forward/backward slide means 33 which moves the suspending means 30 between a position in the device frame 10 and a position spaced forward from the device frame 10.
