PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that allows a flexible setting of an organizer authority of a Web meeting to be preliminarily executed, and can cause the organizer authority to be delegated according to a situation during a Web meeting.;SOLUTION: A meeting server 200 of a Web meeting system 1 is configured to: create a session ID upon accessing of a user terminal of a meeting participant to store the session ID in a session information management table 230; and store the session ID, and a management server 100 of the Web meeting system 1 is configured to: preliminarily receive a meeting ID, user ID and priority order of the user from a user terminal of an organizer; set the meeting ID, user ID and priority order thereof in an organizer authority management table 130; additionally store the session ID received from the meeting server 200 during holding the Web meeting; determine a delegation destination of an organizer authority of the Web meeting on the basis of the priority order stored in the organizer authority management table 130; and delete the session ID from the organizer authority management table 130 upon communication disconnection of the user terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
