PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite optical mark that has two optical marks combined so as to allow a device to read respective optical marks.SOLUTION: A composite optical mark 1 according to the present embodiment is an optical mark that is configured to combine a first optical mark 10 optically recognising by use of a first sensor 30 and a second optical mark 11 optically recognising by use of a second sensor 31. A color (a first mark color) of the first optical mark 10 and a color (a second mark color) of the second optical mark 11 is of a relationship of an opposite color in a color correlation, and a color of an overlapping area 12 where the first optical mark 10 and the second optical mark 11 overlap is a mixed color of the first mark color and the second mark color.
