PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document preparation support device showing that an overall provision requires special attention.SOLUTION: A document preparation support device includes: a storage unit in which a rule as a condition for extracting a part requiring special attention is stored; and a control unit which extracts a part requiring special attention from a title of a provision and a sentence included in the provision within a document on the basis of the rule, determines whether the title is applicable to a point requiring special attention, and highlights the sentence included in the title and the provision on a screen regardless of whether the sentence contains a part requiring special attention if it is applicable result of determining.
