PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine adjacent relation of each cell and generate a scenario according to its determined result when generating a scenario to test a mobile communication terminal.;SOLUTION: A scenario generation device 10 includes: a display control unit 13 that displays, on a display unit 12, a cell arrangement screen 50 in which a plurality of icons 51 indicating cells and including a first icon corresponding to a cell of a pseudo base station unit 22 can be arranged according to input from an operation unit 11; a determination unit 14 that determines an adjacent cell of a cell corresponding to the first icon from positional relation of the plurality of icons on the cell arrangement screen; and a scenario generation unit 15 that includes a transmission information generation unit 150 for generating transmission information which the pseudo base station unit should transmit according to the determination result of the determination unit, and that generates a scenario including the generated transmission information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
