PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip welding apparatus for a circular saw having a rotation type flux supply valve, that improves weld quality by solid deposition of chips, and a flux coating method using the chip welding apparatus.;SOLUTION: A flux supply unit includes: a revolving shaft which is disposed on a front surface of a casing via a shaft bearing, and is selectively positioned at a vertical position and a horizontal position rotated by 90° from the vertical position according to actuation of an actuator; an L-shaped rotary arm which is coupled to one end of the revolving shaft to integrally rotate with the revolving shaft, and comprises a horizontal part arranged coaxially with the revolving shaft, and an eccentric part provided cut and bent at a right angle on a tip of the horizontal part; and a flux supply valve which is fitted to the eccentric part so as to be movable forward and backward according to a cylinder mounted on the eccentric part of the rotary arm, and which selectively jets flux supplied through a coupling hose, from a jet nozzle attached on a tip to a front surface and an upper surface of a chip.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
